Obituary of Margaret Mehldau

Mehldau, Margaret “Pam” a 43 year resident of South Salem, NY, passed away at home on September 22, 2017. She was 75. Pam was born in Mount Vernon on March 7, 1942 to the late Harold and Louise Prezzano and is a graduate of Pelham High School and Rosemont College. After college, Pam worked as a social worker for Westchester County and then for IBM. She was later a travel agent with Travel Horizons of Cross River. She was active as a Eucharistic Minister in St. Mary’s Church, Operation Daily Bread, Fish, Lewisboro Neighbors’ Club, Birthright, Bedford Hills Children’s’ program and a strong supporter of the sanctity of life. Pam is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Alan; their son Alan, Jr, daughter-in-law Pamela and grandson Riley; twin sister Kathy Cebrowski, brother Harold Prezzano and wife Sally, brother John Prezzano and wife Meg, loving brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 26th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, Katonah, NY. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 27th, at 11:00am at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 55 Valley Road in Katonah. Interment will follow at South Salem Cemetery, Spring Street, South Salem, NY Memorial contributions in her name may be made to “The Center for Life”, PO Box 111, Katonah, NY 10536
