I have so many memories of Rose that I will always remember and be grateful to have known her. She was funny and kept you laughing anytime you were with her. Her famous line l “don’t get mad but”. Her delicious meatballs and Sunday dinners. Rose loved to cook and bake … how I loved her cookies at Christmas. The Christmas tree that she loved to put up and you went to help but had to place the ornament where she wanted them or else she moved them when you weren’t looking. The energy she had was unreal… you would find her on the counter looking for something in her cabinets. She would actually jump down!! The most unforgettable memory I will never forget is the love she had for her family. She would do anything for them and always put them first. Rest in peace Rose … I love you ❤️

All my memories of Rose are good ones ! My favorite memory is when I would receive an early morning call from her to let me know that she made meatballs or cheesecake and for me to drive by before work to come pick it up for my lunch ! Rose you will forever hold a very special place in my heart ❤️ Love you Lisa Pinto-Manzo

A truly special lady with an infectious laugh. I’ll never forget the Sunday dinners and playing Uno at her house. She’ll always have a special place in my heart. My condolences to Baldi, Liz and the rest of the family. May she rest in peace.

Nana, Some of my favorite memories from my childhood were the times that we spent together. One of my favorites is when I used to run upstairs to your apartment (when we all lived in Yonkers) and ask you for salami. Another is having Sunday dinners at your house and to hearing your stories while you served delicious food. I’m going to miss you so much, I love you. Rest in peace. ❤️

To my sweet, sassy and loving Grandma- I will miss you forever. Thanks for always letting me steal your high heels, baking/cooking the best foods (zucchini flowers, Easter pie, cream puffs and of course your Riccota cheesecake) and most importantly always having a piece of candy readily available in your bag. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to live with you for most of my life and that you were able to spend some time Ellie. I love you always and forever - May you finally rest in peace. Give Poncho a big kiss for me but be careful he might bite.
