Obituary of Richard James Quinn
Richard James Quinn of Katonah, passed away peacefully at home on April 16, 2025.
Born on October 17, 1949, in Brooklyn, NY, Richard moved to Mount Kisco at the age of 12. He attended Saint Francis and Fox Lane High School. Richard proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 to 1971 and went on to work for New York Telephone in Mount Kisco for 30 years.
Richard was deeply loved as a husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He is survived by his devoted wife, Rosemary (née Nicoletti), his sons Robert (Carmen) and Richard (Adele) and his beloved granddaughters, Stella, Isabelle, and Mia. He is also survived by his cherished nephew and niece, Timothy and Kathleen Gove.
Richard had a lifelong love of sports and was especially passionate about coaching youth baseball. In his later years, he dedicated his time and energy to supporting Toys for Tots, a cause close to his heart.
We will miss Richard dearly and pray that his soul finds eternal peace and joy in the Kingdom of Heaven.
