Obituary of Nancy Gugliucciello
With profound sadness and eternal love, we announce the passing of our mother Nancy Gugliucciello, who left this world too soon on May 21, 2025, at the age of 76. After a heroic battle, she passed away peacefully in her home in Somers, New York—the town she loved—surrounded by the family she devoted her life to.
Born on August 2, 1948, our mother lived a life defined by unwavering kindness, selfless generosity, and a heart full of love. She was endlessly patient, compassionate, and always ready to give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. Her presence brought comfort and happiness.
Nancy was the beloved wife of Ronald Gugliucciello of Somers, NY, with whom she shared over 50 beautiful years of marriage. She was a devoted mother who poured her soul into raising us with strength, tenderness, and unwavering support. Her legacy continues in each of us: Joseph of Holmes, NY; Shane of Somers, NY; Tara of Somers, NY; Veronique of Abingdon, MD; and Bevin of Alexandria, VA. She was also a proud and loving Nana to her treasured grandchildren Beau, Wyatt, Adriana, and Willow.
Our mother will be remembered for her warm smile, open heart, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. She taught us the value of kindness, generosity, and the importance of family above all else.
Friends may call at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY 10536, on Tuesday, May 27, from 9:00 to 10:45 AM. That same day, the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church, 95 Plum Brook Road, Somers, NY 10589, at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Ivandell Cemetery, 358 Route 202, Somers, NY 10589.
Our mother spent the final years of her life dutifully caring for her grandson Beau who brought her immeasurable joy. Many of their fondest memories took place at Ridgebury Farm. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the "Nanny" Scholarship Fund at Ridgebury Farm. To donate or learn more, please visit https://fundraise.givesmart.com/e/w56Dig?vid=1jqnus.
Though she is no longer with us in body, her love and spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
