Obituary of Angelo M. Cristofaro

Angelo Michele, “Mike,” Cristofaro, 76, of Bedford, NY, formerly of Yonkers, passed away on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026.

Mike was born on November 15th, 1949, in Ripabottoni, Italy to the late Giuseppe and Antonia Cristofaro. He immigrated to the United States in 1966, with every hope of the American dream.  This dream was realized in his family auto body business, FMG, and most especially in the relationships he had with his wife, three children, and four grandchildren.

Mike loved nothing better than spending time with his family – enjoying his grandchildren’s stories, working in the garden, barbecuing, making pizza, and making wine.  That special family table in his home – sharing food and cherishing stories – was his joy. Anyone who knew him experienced his goodness through his kindness, generosity, and humility. Mike went out of his way to help anyone he could. He taught his family many lessons, including integrity and the value of working hard.

Mike is the beloved husband of Maria (née Ferro) and the devoted father of Tonia (Scott) of Bedford Hills, NY, Joey of New Rochelle, NY, and Francesca (Brian) of Pound Ridge, NY. He is the proud grandfather of Lucan, Michelle, Jake, and Dante. Mike is also survived by his brother Felice of Yonkers, NY and his brother Gabriele of Yonkers, NY.

Family and friends may call at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY on Tuesday, June 30th from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 55 Valley Road, Katonah, NY on Wednesday, July 1st at 10am. Interment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, 280 Secor Road, Hartsdale, NY 10530.
