Obituary of John D'Alton

It does not print.  Text that is to appear on web must be entered after this line)«71, died Thursday, July 30th 2026 at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital. John was born on June 8, 1955 in Mount Kisco, NY to the late Betty Jane and Richard E. D’Alton of Mount Kisco, NY.

John is the beloved brother of Richard (Rick) D’Alton of Bedford Hills, NY, Cheryl Gardner of Louisville, KY and the late Michael D’Alton and Paul D’Alton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

John was a long time resident of a group home in Cortlandt Manor NY. He leaves behind numerous friends and caregivers who have lived with him for over thirty years. John enjoyed watching all sports but the New York Mets were his favorite.

Friends may call at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Rd. Katonah, NY on Sunday August 2nd from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s RC Church 55 Valley Rd. Katonah, NY on Monday August 3rd 2026. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Mount Kisco, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
