Our deepest condolences to the family for this loss. We were surprise to know that he had passed away last May. We had gone visit him in 4 different occasions because he was fond of raising canaries just like my husband Wilman or as he use to call him William. Frank was an awesome guy and we were so lucky to have gotten to know him. We will treasure the conversations and visits we had over his house. God bless your home.
