My thoughts & prayers are with all of Joe's family & friends, which I'm sure are many. I got to know Joe through our company's business travel and even though I never met him personally, I am proud to call him a friend. Where to begin about this wonderfully kind and thoughtful man? Joe had definitely mastered the art of customer service and always went above & beyond for his clients. He made you feel like "family." His love of family was obvious and he shared with me stories of his mom & dad. We always talked of meeting up some day when he was in Florida. I called him "Sunshine Joe" because that's how he made me feel. I just can't express how special he was and how much I will miss him on both a professional & personal level. I shall toast you often, Sunshine Joe.
