Dad-- "You were the wind beneath our wings!" Simply the greatest of the great. You met mom in high school, carried her books home from school, gave her a Sweet 16 party and were by her side every day, as you would be for the next 72 years. How great a man were you, as a teenager? You gave us an incredible life filled with love, hope for the future and guidance that would carry us all, throughout our lives. As I sit here writing this, I am looking into your eyes of the picture posted on the site. As I do, I am reminded of the words in a song... "Did you ever know that you're my hero... you're everything I wish I could be!" When my time comes, I look forward to seeing you and sharing with you all the things I wish I told you, while in this world. But, deep in my heart, I know you already know.
