Obituary: Shirley Santos admin Santos, Shirley, 83, of Bedford Village, NY, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Shirley was born in Yonkers, NY on September 2, 1934 to her parents Daniel and Helen Maher. Shirley is survived by her husband of 62 years, John Santos; three children, John Jr.(Susan), Daniel(Jeannette), Sheryl(John); four grandchildren, Ryan Santos, Tyler Santos, Chloe Santos and TJ Markham; a brother, Alan, a sister, Danielle and a niece, Denise(Mark). Shirley was predeceased by her brother, Dennis. Shirley resided in Bedford for 55 years, worked at the Bank of New York across from the Green where she made countless friends, and was an active member of the Bedford Women’s Bowling League at the Bedford Firehouse for many years. Visiting hours will be Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2pm to 6pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, Katonah, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 19th at 11:00 am at St. Patrick’s RC Church, 7 Pound Ridge Road, Bedford, NY. Interment will follow at Bedford Union Cemetery, Clinton Road, Bedford, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the Bedford Free Library or the Bedford Volunteer Fire Department.
