Obituary of Marie Letizia Lowther

Lowther, Marie Letizia, 90, of Somers, NY, died on May 18, 2017 at home. Marie was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Gina (Cestaro) Nicasti. Marie taught kindergarten and first grade at Catholic Schools in Yonkers, NY. Marie is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years: John P. Lowther; her son: John A. and Nancy Lowther; granddaughters: Gina and Katie; great-granddaughter: Aria and her sister: Antoinette Catoggio. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, Katonah, NY. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 23rd at 10 am at St. Joseph’s RC Church, 95 Plum Brook Road, Somers, NY. Interment will follow at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
