Obituary of Geraldine Ryan

Geraldine P. Ryan of Somers, died on December 6, 2018 at the age of 93.  She is the daughter of the late Ada and David Quaid.  She is the beloved wife of the late Martin J. Ryan. Loving mother of Patricia Ford, Robert Ryan, Gerri Todd, Thomas Ryan and the late Kevin Ryan.  She was the cherished grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 2.

Gerry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College where she was President of the Newman Club and selected for “Who’s Who In American Colleges.”

A resident of Heritage Hills, she was a Past President of the Women’s Club.

Gerry was a devoted wife and mother.  She was an avid sports fan and especially loved the NY Yankees.

The family will greet friends at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY on Monday, December 10, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 10am at St. Mary’s Church, 55 Valley Road, Katonah, NY. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Somers, NY.
