Obituary of Edward A. Pihota, Sr.

Pihota, Edward A., 71, passed away peacefully on Thursday March 21^st after a long illness.

Edward was born on May 23, 1947 to Edward and Eleanor Pihota.

Ed worked 30 years for General Motors in Tarrytown and retired in 2007. He was a member of the UAW Local 664 retirees.

Ed is survived by his beloved wife Carol (Kelly) of 48 years of Goldens Bridge, NY. Ed was a devoted father to his son, Edward Jr. of Brewster, NY. Ed is also survived by his mother-in-law, Dorothy Kelly of Goldens Bridge and his sister-in-law Patricia Lake of Wheaton, IL. He was also a devoted brother to Thomas of Yorktown, NY, Arlene Antoci of Georgia, Ricky of Myrtle Beach, SC and Randy of Yonkers, NY, and also the devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews. 

His family will receive friends on Monday, March 25th from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00 -9:00pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 26th at 11:30 am at St. Joseph's RC Church,95 Plum Brook Road, Somers, NY 10589.  Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Saw Mill River Rd @ Jackson Ave., Hastings on Hudson, NY 10706.
