Obituary of William M Slyman

William M. “Bill” Slyman, of Somers, NY, died on August 21, 2019 at Waterview Hills Nursing Home, Purdys, NY.

He was born September 29, 1935 in Queens, NY to the late William and Gertrude Slyman.

After graduation from Brooklyn Technical High School (Class of 1953) he attended Manhattan College and New York City Community College. He was a Civil Engineer and was employed by the New York City Board of Education as a Superintendent of Construction.

He was an Army Veteran with the rank of Sergeant and a member of American Legion Post #1088 (Bronx).

William is survived by his wife: Susan.
