Susan De Simone posted a condolence

Andrew, we send our condolences for all you have lost in less than three years. We loved your parents and spent many happy hours with them. Susan first met Paul when they were deacons at First Congregational Church in Briarcliff Manor, NY. Our sons Vincent and Paul were close in age to you and Ian. We spent six and a half years in Paris and on our return your Dad was helpful in helping us readjust to living back in the States when we returned in 1977. Our friendship continued though we lived some miles apart. Your parents offered their house and yard for our thirtieth anniversary celebration and when they moved to NW Connecticut we and they still made the trips back and forth to be together, especially on New Year's Eves when we gathered in Cornwall Bridge or Greenwich. There we occupied the whole evening cooking gourmet courses and consuming them, often going for a walk the next morning. We will remember you Dad for his kindness, nuanced sense of humor, the good he did, his love for his family, his aesthetic sensibility, and much more.

Dear Andrew,
Paul has a hold on a place my heart ...Paul will always be remembered for his
dedication to helping Antonelli Architects sort out our architectural hardware needs back in our early days.
I worked one on one with him and was always impressed by his patience and determination to find solutions.
In a kind and professional manner!!
Rest in peace Paul.
