Obituary of Jane Flavin Leary

Jane Flavin Leary, (84), of Somers, NY formerly of Chappaqua, died Saturday December 4^th, 2021, at her home in Somers, NY.

Jane was born on March 25^th, 1937, in Boston, Massachusetts to the late John and Dorothy (née Myatt) Flavin of Quincy, MA. Jane was a graduate of Milton Academy in Milton, MA and received her BA in French and Sociology from Manhatanville College in Harrison, NY.

She was a Real Estate Agent in Chappaqua for over 40 years.

Jane was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years Charles Barrett Leary. She was the loving mother of Jennifer Jane (Dec), Charles and his wife Kate of Floral Park, NY, John and his wife Elizabeth of Somers, NY, Mark and his wife Christy of Wilton, CT and Margaret and her husband Mark of Seattle, WA. She was the devoted grandmother to Charlie, Kevin, Helena, Patrick, John, Barrett, Lillian and Henry Leary as well as Caroline, Janie, and Samantha Goodnow.

She was one of a kind and will be missed by all.

Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 8th from 2-4pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 9th at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's RC Church,95 Plum Brook Road, Somers, NY

Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Route 202/Route 100, Somers
