Obituary of Frances Nicolini

Frances Nicolini of Somers, NY formerly of Bronx, passed away Friday, Dec. 24, 2021.

Frances was born July 30, 1929 in Bronx, NY to the late Gennaro and Maude Cerchia.  Born one of fifteen children she is survived by her sisters, Gloria, Rita, Sue and Dorothy.

Frances worked in Somers Central School District for over 20 years as a Teacher’s Aid. Frances is the beloved wife of the late Arthur and is the loving Mother of Rita (Jim) Boniello of Somers, NY; Dorothy (Paul) DeFault of Engelwood, FL; Robert (Linda) Nicolini of Mahopac, NY.  She is the loving Grandmother to Alex, Alisa, Lauren, Martel, Tyler, Christine, Ryan, Michelle, Danielle and Great Grandkids, Giselle, Remi, Luca and two more on the way.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 95 Plum Brook Rd., Somers, NY on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.

Interment wil follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 357 Route 202, Somers, NY
