Obituary of Luna Ogden

Ogden, Luna, of Yorktown Heights, NY.

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our Mom, who sadly passed away on June 15^th, 2023. Our loving mother passed at the age of 89 surrounded by her children.

She resided in Yorktown Heights but was formerly a longtime resident of New Rochelle for over 50 years.

Luna was the daughter of Jennie and Frank Deodato, and sister to John, Eddie and Josephine who predeceased her. She leaves behind her three children, Stella, Patsy, and Robert Ogden, and four grandchildren, Danielle, Stephen, Christopher, and Alexandra. She is also survived by her five great grandchildren, who made up the entirety of her world: Kyla, Noah, Gia, Jackson, and Luciana. They brought her so much love and joy.

She had a passion for cooking and a talent in making flower arrangements. Luna exuded unselfishness and the center of her universe was her family.

Her unconditional love and compassion will be surely missed. She was truly one of a kind and we will miss her tremendously.

Her family will receive friends on Monday, June 19th from 4:00 - 8:00pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 20th at 10:00 am at St. Gabriel RC Church, 120 Division Street, New

Rochelle, NY 10804.  Interment will follow at Beechwood Cemetery, 179 Beechwood Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801.
