Sister Kathleen was one of the best people I’ve ever known. She knew both of my grandmothers before me. They both drove a bus for Katonah and would stop at St. Patrick’s and see her. They were good friends. I had the privilege of going to St. Patrick’s and being one of her students (1996-2006). I loved helping her in the computer lab. She was my friend and great mentor to me. Enjoy peace with God Sister!

Sr. Kathleen was a great influence in my family and friend's lives. She was all our 1st grade teacher and we have so many memories (1970s). She was a wonderful, dedicated teacher and person. She will be truly missed. May she rest in peace. Ann (Groos) Gildea

The Ruvituso Family is deeply saddened by Sister Kathleen's passing, but we embrace our memories from the many years she served at St. Patrick's School as a mentor and inspiration to Jimmy, Jr. Even after graduation, we continued to see Sister at her favorite local restaurants and alumni gatherings! She encouraged and always kept up with her former students. Her personal stories were hilarious!. "Until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of His hand."

God gave us all a unique glimpse into His heart when He gave us Sister Kathleen. She loved each of us and spoke to each of us as if we were the only person in the world. It was a gift of grace, and we are all blessed to have experienced it. I am sure that she will continue her mission in heaven, praying for each of us. Well done, good and faithful servant! Like many, I will miss Sister Kathleen tremendously. Working with her at St. Patrick’s School was a privilege. She was always there for me to laugh with, and was also there during tough times. We had countless laughs. She was always interested in whatever was going on in my life, always asked about my family, and we had many great times together. There are no words to express how much I will forever miss my good friend. Love you, Sister.
