Oh Frankie I'm gonna miss you! We met when we were both 20yrs old at Con Ed! Through the years our friendship grew into our families becoming family. I'll always remember our saying we were brothers from different mother's. All the great times we had at work, family get togethers at your house, vacations, we'll never forget. Through the good times and bad times you were solid and we could always count on you. I'll always remember you with love in my heart and a smile on my face. So rest in peace Frankie, you and Junior are together again in the arms of our Lord and we know you'll be watching over your family with a smile, pride and love. So my brother until we meet again! Love Dave and Kathy.

I’m so sorry to hear this news. My condolences and my heart goes out to the Flora family. I have so many wonderful memories of working with Frank at Con Edison. Frank was a true friend and someone you could count on to be there no matter what. Frank was taken from us too soon. I know he is reunited with his son Frank Jr. who he loved so dearly. My thoughts and prayers go out to Frank’s family during this difficult time. Rest in peace my friend. Your Friend , Tony Suozzo
