Obituary of Kelly Eastman

Eastman, Kelly, 57, of North Salem, NY died Wednesday, August 5th 2020.

 

Kelly was born on July, 25th 1963 in Manhasset, NY; she was predeceased by her parents William and Janet (Arfmann) Eastman. She spent her early childhood on Long Island, NY and her adolescence in Rye, NY where she graduated from Rye Country Day High School in 1981. After high school she spent several years in Boulder, Colorado attending the University of Colorado Boulder as well as beginning her career in insurance.

 

Kelly moved back to Westchester County and began working at Brokers General Insurance Corporation, the Eastman family business, which she later went on to become the president and owner of for many years. Kelly was a resident of North Salem, NY, where she raised her family, for over 26 years.

 

Kelly is the beloved mother of Alexandra Blair Fraioli and Kate Elizabeth Fraioli and is survived by her loving sister Heather Eastman (Anthony) Paturzo. Kelly is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

 

Kelly’s spirit can be described as vivid, adventurous, and warm. She traveled through most of the United States specifically loving the Rocky Mountains and Martha’s Vineyard. Throughout her travels she never missed an opportunity to enjoy live music, whether it be in a local pub, the Nassau Coliseum or the Red Rocks Amphitheater.

 

Some of Kelly’s greatest joys in life were the beach, animals and raising her two daughters. Kelly was filled with love, laughter, and wisdom.

Friends and family are invited to join the memorial service at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Rd. Katonah, NY on Thursday, August 13th from 6-8pm.

 

Kelly loved bright colors and sunsets, with that in mind, please wear bright colors in her memory.

In lieu of flowers, please keep Kelly’s spirit of generosity in your heart if you choose to give in her memory, but most importantly always remember to do something kind for somebody each day.
