Philip Bailey was a long-standing member of Bedford Presbyterian Church and such a gift to everyone he came into contact with. Most especially I remember how eager he was to help in anyway with the connections team, where members of the congregation volunteer to "connect" with someone in the congregation who might not be well or need a ride.
One could always count on phil and I, And I know others, will certainly miss his presence. God bless you Phil Bailey.
